- Abstract
- The Alps are particularly hard affected by climate change and its consequences, such as an increasing number of natural disasters. Even though the people in the Alps already have a great deal of experience in dealing with these dangers, an international exchange on methods and possible adaptation and protection measures makes sense. Society and nature need to think together on the subject of risk prevention and the response to natural disasters.
